Refund Policy

At Trovane, customer satisfaction and transparency are extremely important to us.

We offer two categories of authentic luxury handbags: Almost Perfect and Pre-Owned. Because both categories may include items with described imperfections or signs of prior use, we strongly encourage customers to review all product images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

RETURNS

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused after receipt
- returned in its original condition as received
- include all original accessories, tags, dust bags, or packaging when applicable

For Pre-Owned items: returns are accepted provided the item is returned in the same condition as described and shown in the product listing at the time of purchase.

Items showing signs of additional wear or damage after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged during transport.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders within Europe are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after processing.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination country, holidays, or carrier delays.
