PRODUCT CONDITION

Trovane offers two categories of authentic luxury handbags:

Almost Perfect
Items sourced from premium boutiques, showroom collections, or overstock opportunities that may feature minor cosmetic imperfections. Every item is inspected before being offered for sale, and all visible imperfections are clearly described and/or shown in the product listing.

Pre-Owned
Authentic second-hand luxury handbags, individually selected and inspected for condition and authenticity. Pre-Owned items may show signs of prior use, which are clearly described and shown in the product listing. Customers are encouraged to review all product images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

AUTHENTICITY

We guarantee that all products sold by Trovane are authentic designer items sourced through trusted fashion partners and suppliers across Europe.

PRICING

All prices are listed in EUR and may change without prior notice.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

SHIPPING

Orders within Europe are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after processing.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination country, holidays, or carrier delays.

RETURNS

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information regarding returns and refunds.
